Each finding identifies a specific statement, jurisdiction, evidence status, source and limitation. The existence of a published statement is distinct from proof that the statement is true.

These labels apply to claims, not to the brand as a whole. They are not trust scores. Editorial review is recorded separately from source access and any required professional legal approval.
Source hierarchy and attribution
Use primary legislation and regulator documents for legal context, an authenticated registry for corporate identity, appropriate distribution records for an application and attributable first-hand material for an individual case. Operator statements and independent reporting can provide leads and context, but their provenance and limitations must remain visible.
A successful request for a URL shows availability at that moment. It does not demonstrate that the page supports a claim. An editor must read and assess the relevant material. A source date, access date and factual-review date have different meanings.
Research performed in this version
On 9 October 2026, official Indian documents, the embedded public Anjouan register, brand-facing About/app/terms pages and three original public complaint threads were inspected. Limited searches scoped to store-indexed pages did not establish an authenticated exact-brand native listing. No account was created, no payment was made, no binary was downloaded and no user survey was conducted.
The register match includes winum.casino and excludes winum.io. Three public case threads were examined through accessible indexed material; one has inconsistent retrieved statuses. Direct case requests returned HTTP 403 and were not bypassed. No private evidence was obtained. The research is not exhaustive. It does not authenticate every brand website, provide a security audit or constitute professional legal advice. The individual records explain their narrower limitations.
Review and correction
Source access, factual assessment and professional legal review are separate activities. Research dates identify the recorded assessment; a wording change does not establish a new investigation. Significant factual corrections are accompanied by an explanation of what changed.
